Your Dogs Are Like Family
My mission: helping fellow pet parents without local support. I know how it feels! As someone who’s lived far from family, I know how hard it can be to find someone you trust with your pet when you have to go out of town and you can’t bring your fur-children with you. That’s why I want to support people who don’t have nearby friends or family to lean on. Unfortunately, I am not the best fit if you are a frequent traveler and need frequent boarding. Our home is best for pups that are less than 30 lbs (or two small pups less than 15 lbs each). I’m a healthcare provider. I take caring for humans very seriously and I take caring for my pup very seriously. I’ve had dogs most of my life and am currently a proud dog mom to an 9-year-old mini Goldendoodle. I’ve often thought about adopting a second pup, but I know it’s a big commitment—so instead, I started volunteering to watch my friends’ dogs. It’s a win for them and a win for me! I just ask that: ⭐️ We do at least one meet & greet to make sure this is a good fit ⭐️ I need at least 5 day notice to get the home together to accommodate for the pup I’ve been told I spoil my dog rotten (guilty!), and I’ll likely treat yours the same way. My own dog has anxiety and a sensitive stomach, so I’m very familiar with providing extra care and attention. Whether your pup needs a calm presence, a specific routine, or just lots of love—I’ve got you covered.

Thu took great care of our pups! Grateful for her stepping in last minute when another sitter fell through for an extended trip we had. Upon our meet & greet I could tell she is awesome with dogs and my guys jumped right into her lap and felt comfortable straight away. Provided good updates & I knew they were well taken care of. Would recommend Thu!

Thu did a fantastic job watching after my dog while I was away for 5 days! From the videos she sent I could tell he was very happy and comfortable with her She was attentive and asked me a lot of really great questions and I could tell she was intentional about providing a wonderful experience! I’m really grateful!!!

Harmonogram
I work full time Mon-Fri 7-4 PM! I only live 15 mins away from where I work. I do not work weekends and thus would be an ideal time to board your dogs for me. If you want to board your dog during the weekdays, I will be at work x 8 hrs. My dog gets the whole home to himself and the doggy door. We can work out how you would like your pup to be when I’m at work.

Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. My home is clean and well maintained. It has a doggy door that leads to a small and secure backyard. I don’t mind having the pups on furniture although I have two decent size dog beds if they choose to use them. My yard is small so I find that my home is BEST for small-medium dogs that are less than 30 lbs. I have most experience in caring for small to medium-sized dogs and will host up to two dogs from the same family—so long as they get along with my own friendly mini Goldendoodle. In the summer, I walk my dog before sunrise and after sunset. We are very mindful about the heat here as an AZ native. Their health is also important to me. I may offer healthy treats such as blueberries, and other dog appropriate fresh treats.

We will get at least one 30 min+ walk a day either around the neighborhood or maybe to a nearby park. There are plenty of toys and treats for activities. If the weather is nice, we will be in the backyard playing around. If the weather is hot- there is a water sprinkler system in the yard or we will be indoors with snuffle mat and treats.
