Our first ever time of using something like this and we was nervous. But after speaking with thomas on a video call and him sending us photos of when he got to ours we relaxed. Thomas kept us in the loop at all times either with messages or photos and videos. Our animals felt at ease and happy all thanks to thomas.we will be using thomas again without a doubt. Thomas was very flexible! This was a last minute (3 days in advance) and he came and did a meet and greet! For the day of caring for my dog, Thomas was on time. I got so many photos it was wonderful! My dog Chauncey was so relaxed around him, I know that he was very well cared for! I would easily hire Thomas again.
Thomas was amazing with our Lab, Daisy! She warmed up to him right away, and we could tell she was happy and well cared for. Loved getting the little photo updates while we were away, will definitely book him again!

Thomas has taken care of my Dachshund Neil quite a few times now. He’s reliable and always on time to pick ups, he’s definitely my go to sitter!
