*I offer private pet sitting, meaning that I only host one family's dog(s) at a time, so that your pup has the best experience possible. I started fostering dogs in grad school, where I was an active member of the local APL and formed an advocacy group to create and sustain the local dog park (an abandoned baseball field that we turned into a puppy paradise). On my foster journey, I quickly became the cliche and officially adopted my dog of 14 years, Rufio, after only a few hours. I found Ruf--a Rottweiler/shepherd mix--wandering down by the river, and we were best buds by dinnertime. Over the years, I continued to foster dogs and Ruf and I loved sharing our home with a revolving cast of characters. Sadly, Rufio passed away this past year, but the love is still there, and my partner, Hannah, and I are thrilled to fill our days with doggos.

We couldn’t be happier with the care our boys receive with TJ! He is reliable, kind and clearly loves treating our pups like they are his own! He cares to understand our boys personalities and keep us updated after every walk. His report cards are personal, funny and so well written! It’s very reassuring to know our babies are in such great hands! I’m afraid our dogs might start loving TJ more than us!
Thomas was really great with Moscow and sent updates with every evening and morning with pictures! Would definitely recommend!
Thomas and his partner Hannah were wonderful with Lina from the moment we all first met. They are friendly and accommodating and have a real love for dogs. I am so grateful to leave Lina in such competent hands when I visit Ohio!
Thomas leaves the rest report cards that always make me laugh but also takes great care of my little man. I appreciate him so much!

Schedule
After 13 years in the corporate world--during which I became one of the youngest executives at a local Fortune 500 company, leading three teams totaling over 40 employees--I've decided to pivot back to my passions. I've never been happier than when I spent my days fostering dogs, so pet care has my full attention!

I have a fenced in yard and I live a hop and a skip from a number of parks, including Lakewood Park, Webb Park, and the Rocky River Reservation (and dog park)! I'm very active, and I love taking pups around town (or simply hanging out, for our elder statesmen). I want to provide individual care to any pups staying with me, so I only board one dog/family at a time (I am happy to take multiple pups from the same household)! So, your dog(s) will have my full attention and you won’t have to worry about any socialization issues.
A typical day
Every dog is different and I love to work with owners to establish what works best for their pups! Generally, I like to fill the day with the types of activities that are most fulfilling to the individual--whether that be trips to the dog park, hikes, long walks, or just staring out the window at the squirrels in the backyard. And I like to share all of that with owners by frequently sharing pictures and videos!
