Highlights
Pet care experience
All life is created equally, big and small.
My family has always kept dogs, even as a baby boy. My aunties and uncles have also had dogs of their own, so naturally I am well adapted to these fury creatures and have learned to adapt to the subtle cues they try to communicate to us. Reading the personality and demeanor of the animal is so important and is something I have become very attuned to doing. Simple things like tone of voice, stance and distance are all important factors depending on the breed and nature of the dog. All that aside from love and respect for dogs always shines through as I continue to look after my family pets as well as friends I always ensure the wellbeing is put first.

Ratings and reviews
Thomas and Gabby are excellent with Millie and will help short notice as well which is brilliant

From initial contact, to looking after our pet, Thomas was brilliant. He initially came to visit us in our home to meet our dachshund. This went well and we talked through requirements. When I had further questions, Thomas answered on the app very promptly. Dropping off our pet was easy and made me feel comfortable. On collecting him, we were delighted to see that he was calm, healthy looking and clearly happy to have spent his time with Thomas. He is a very anxious dog so this was a new, and delightful out come for us. We would definitely recommend Thomas. Thank you so much. 🐾

Millie loves being with Thomas and Gabby

Paddy and Bailey had a 2 week stay while we went on holiday. They came back full of energy and happy. Thomas has an enormous knowledge of dogs and this was reassuring when he visited us before the stay.
Out second time booking with Tom, and I'm very glad that our boys have a place they can go to where I know they'll be looked after. Communication was great, and he was kind enough to do pick up and drop off for us.

Schedule
I am highly flexible and can tailor my hours and needs around the animals under my care. I understand some animals have strict diets or walking schedule. I'm very fit / active and can keep up with even the bounciest of labours if need be -- although, i was much better at it in my 20s! I can still give it a good go (as far as play time is considered)

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
We have a big garden (apx 12 meters long and 10 meters across) with grass for them to run around in, overlooking fantastic views at the back. Its fully fenced off and secure. I will always aim to take the animal for atleast one hourly walk a day across the countryside -- if not more, depending on the dogs health and age. In regards to food, I will match whatever the owner of the animal deems best but by default I will always try to give them fresh food from the butchers if I have it with me as I am not a huge fan of the cheap processed dog food in super markets. I will provide a warm, safe envoirment for the animal to sleep in - isolated if needed (aka some rescue dogs are not very social so extra care and time will need to be factored in those case) fresh water is also provided daily.
A typical day
That really depends on the nature, age and energy level of the animal. For high energy animals such as labs I will try to match that energy by interacting with it based on its needs and desires which can range from playing fetch, long walks in the country side or interacting with other dogs.
