We are a caring couple based in Barcelona with a genuine lifelong love for animals. I’m Franco-British and have lived in Barcelona for around 10 years, and Karina is Colombian. Between us, pets have always been part of our lives. I grew up with cats and a small dog from a very young age, and Karina also grew up with a Siamese cat and a small dog. Over the years, we’ve regularly looked after friends’ dogs and pets while they were away, and we truly love having animals around us. We are both calm, affectionate, responsible, and attentive to each pet’s personality and routine. We understand how important it is for owners to feel their pet is safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. We may not have formal training experience, but we offer something just as important: real love for animals, reliability, patience, and the time to give them proper attention, company, and affection.

Tom and Karina are lovely. You can tell they actually really enjoy taking care if animals and being close to them. I always call them up whenever im travelling or needing help with my kitties.
Literally the best experience! They took such amazing care of Kai, and I felt completely at ease the entire time. They were incredibly attentive and kept me updated with regular photos and checkins on how Kai was doing. Communication was great from start to finish. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, caring sitter.

Schedule
Pet care fits very well into our routine because we both work remotely and have flexible schedules. This allows us to be present during the day, give pets plenty of attention, and adapt to their needs without rushing. We are generally available during both weekdays and weekends and can provide Boarding, walks, company, playtime, feeding, and a calm home environment. One of the biggest advantages we offer is that pets will have lots of human presence, affection, and supervision throughout the day.

We know that every pet has their own personality, habits, and needs, so we take the time to follow each owner’s instructions carefully, including feeding routines, walk schedules, playtime, and any specific preferences. Because we both work from home, pets can enjoy lots of companionship and attention throughout the day. We are gentle, responsible, and attentive, and we make sure pets are never left feeling stressed or ignored. If we are caring for a pet in an owner’s home, we are equally respectful, reliable, and careful with both the pet and the home itself. Our priority is always to make pets feel safe, loved, and well looked after, while giving owners real peace of mind.
