I double-check that doors and gates are securely closed before releasing any dog, and I never walk multiple unfamiliar dogs together without prior approval from both owners. For cats I make sure windows are closed and secure before opening any doors inside the home. I always confirm feeding instructions, medication schedules, and emergency vet information before a booking begins - ideally at the meet & greet. If anything seems off with your pet's health or behavior during a visit, I contact you immediately rather than waiting. Your house key and access information are kept secure and never shared with anyone.
