Thomas was very pleasant to communicate with, but I was disappointed with the service. I booked 60-minute visits twice a day for three days (a total of 120 minutes per day). However, each visit lasted only around 15 minutes, far shorter than what I paid for. This didn’t meet the expectations set by the booking.
Thomas is AMAZING! He really takes the effort to keep you in the loop when you’re away from home. He took such good care of my babies and whenever I had an inquiry or request, he was on it immediately! I would definitely love to have him back.

Thomas has watched our pets many times. Everytime he shows up, our animals are very excited to see him! He's very good with them and follows our directions for care amazingly. I would highly recommend him!
