Tom is amazing! Our dog can be quite anxious around people she doesn't know, but she liked Tom right away. I think it's because she knew she was in good company. He was very responsive and easy to communicate with during the process, he sent fun updates each day, and he even worked with us to accommodate our short-notice booking. He also dropped our dog off at our home, as he had another booking and we were not going to be home for a few more hours. We will definitely be calling Tom again and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for pet care.
Thomas did a great job with Jojo. She instantly took to him and they bonded quickly. Thomas had a great level of communication and definitely made sure my little girl was taken care of.
I would love to write this testimonial for Tom Franco. As he is my brother, I have known him all my life. He has always had dogs, cats ferrets, rabbits and fish in his life. He loves animals and is very loving and patient with them. We flew him all the way out from Tennessee to California to watch our dog when we went on vacation for two weeks. He had never met our dog and they bonded in one day. He will be awesome for anyone who wants their pet in good loving hands. You are making a great decision.

I have housed dogs and cats all my life. My home is safe and animal-friendly. I have a large yard to play in, although it is unfenced. Happy to walk the puppies as often as they would like, good for both of us!
