I am a full time pet carer, offering overnight and day boarding, walking and wedding day pet care. I can care for holiday-makers dogs should they fancy a day visit or water based trip to which they cannot take their pet. Other requests always considered such as toilet breaks or cat feeding...just ask!

I have a fully enclosed garden in a quiet cul de sac. My dog-guests live in the house as if they were my own. In the summer we relax in the garden and in the winter we curl up in front of the log burner. Whilst staying with me, each pet will wear one of my tags on their collar, which has my phone number on and dogs will only be let off lead if I have the owners permission.

Information Thomas D. would like to know about your pet
Its always good to know about likes and dislikes - whether your dog is 'social', whether they like cats and what their general behaviour is like.
A typical day
I try to select activities based on the breed of the dog. For instance a border collie would walk for miles up in the hills; a vizsla would have a great time swimming in the river; a spaniel would enjoy sniffing out a trail. I also consider the dog's age, with adaptions made for senior dogs and pups.

Pet care experience
Fully Licensed & Insured I have previously had the pleasure of owning Rudi, a 'rescue dog' and have watched him grow and develop into a super pet. My cat Bruce, would occasionally accompany us in the evening, for a walk to the waterfront, where we watch the waves splash against the shore. I have also cared for other peoples pets over the years, boarding them at home in my semi-detached house, with secure front and back gardens, in a quiet cul-de-sac. The village is in a beautiful location which is perfect for dog adventures - be that walking up into the hills, playing frisbee or fetch, swimming in the river, racing through the forests, or splashing through the waves on the beach. There is never a dull moment and I have as much fun as the dogs!
Reviews
Tom looked after our dog very well and was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you, Tom!
Tom looked after our very excitable puppy for a week and would look no further for a great pet sitter. Tom kept us up to date throughout the week, sending videos and photos of daily walks. Our pup settled incredibly quickly and seemed right at home on his first time away. Highly recommend and would definitely look to Tom first for all future holidays!

It was great to come home after a night away from home to lovely calm and relaxed dogs clearly very comfortable with Tom. One of our dogs is wary of strangers coming into the house but Tom's calm demeanor and knowledge of dogs very quickly settled him down and within minutes he was was making friends. Would definitely recommend Tom to look after your pets.

Tom was responsive, accommodating, and helped me feel at ease leaving our dog with him for a few nights’ boarding while we attended a nearby event. It was well worth the (short) B-road drive to his premise to utilize his services! Definitely recommend.
