I work flexible hours so I definitely can stay long hours in home and provide a lot of attention for dogs and cats. I love walk and play before I need to leave them alone for a few hours.

A typical day
Usually during boarding we take the dogs out in the morning or for a walk, food, and a little love. We are homebodies, so we spend more time indoors watching TV, playing diamond point or puzzles. We also take long naps and don't mind if the dog climbs into bed and takes a nap with us.

I have been caring for dogs since I was 15, when I became responsible for my first dog. At 20, I started offering dog boarding in my home in Brazil, hosting over 10 dogs with love and dedication. Currently, I live in the United States in a small apartment with my husband, where pets are not allowed. For this reason, I provide pet care exclusively at the client’s home. I discovered Rover as a way to reconnect with the joy of being around dogs and cats, whether for a weekend or an entire month. This experience has been amazing! My husband and I care for the pets together, ensuring they receive twice the love, attention, and playtime.

We just used Thienne for the first time add loved her! She dog and home sat for us. She was tested on the first night as my dogs came in contact with a skunk and were spayed. She worked hard to bathe the dogs, get fresh air into the house and protect furniture and beds. She was flexible when sleeping in the guest room because our room smelled like skunk. She walked the dogs regularly, gave medication and food & water regularly. I love that she sent me two texts daily with pictures informing me of their day. I also came home to a clean house. Thank you Thienne for the incredible care you provided for my two dogs! I will absolutely use her again and would recommend her to anyone else.

Thienne took such great care of our pets and house while we were out of town. She sent regular pictures, videos and updates throughout her time here. Our pets were spoiled in a good way in her care; they look forward to another vacay so we can book Thienne again!
Thienne was a great choice as house and dog sitter for our two dogs, one of which can be rather annoying when you first meet her. She barks her head off at a high pitch. After about three minutes, she calms down and becomes a total love bug. Our lab, of course, is always a perfect angel. Thienne was very patient with our barker and played with them a lot while we were gone. She also took very good care of our house and yard. Everything was neat and tidy, bedding and towels and dishes washed. As you can see by how busy her calendar is, book her early or you'll miss out on her services. We will definitely be using her again.
