NEW CLIENTS PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING 1. Bookings and Meet & Greets must be scheduled at least two weeks prior to requested booking dates. I do not take last-minute bookings. 2. To help me provide the best care, please ensure your pet’s profile includes all important basic information. 3. Stays longer than 4 days (new clients) require a complimentary 2-3 hour trial (usually a weekend) to ensure a good fit with our dog and time away from the owner. 4. Due to the presence of neighboring walls, we are unable to accept pets that exhibit barking/whining behavior (when we leave the house) to prevent potential noise complaints. 5. Dogs must be crate-trained or comfortable staying in a designated open space with a gate (only when we are away from the house or for overnight sleeping). 6. Proof of updated vaccinations is required. 7. Drop-off and pick-up times must be exact; no time windows. 8. We may be away for up to 4 hours on weekends; your pet must be comfortable being alone during that time. 9. Please note that we have a senior dog, Sophie, and we typically board only one guest dog at a time (about 99% of the time). This allows us to provide your dog with focused care, attention, and a calm environment during their stay. ----HOURS OF OPERATION---- SUN- THURS: 8 AM - 9:30 PM FRI-SAT: 8 AM - 10 PM ** NEW CLIENT drop-offs are not accepted after 6:30PM.* We want your pet to have time to settle in. This may be waived if a trial has been completed. Late pick-ups will incur an additional fee of $15 per hour. Thank you for your understanding! If your dog is not picked up by nighttime’s deadline, you'll need to pick them up the next day, and an extra night’s boarding fee will be charged (see rates for details). *IMPORTANT* I know that unfortunate events can occur like flight delays, check bags, traffic, etc. Please try to provide extra time in your booking request in order to prevent additional late fees. CARING FOR YOUR PET 💕 🐶 I understand how important your pet is, and while they’re in my care, they’ll receive plenty of love, attention, and care. I know being away from your pet can be tough, so I’ll make sure to send you updates and pictures to keep you connected ☺️. We currently only care for one dog (small size) at a time including our own pet Sophie. This is great is your dog is timid and tends get overwhelmed in a new environment and with a lot of other dogs around. We work from home, so your pet will always be supervised. When we leave the house, we place them in a designated area with a pet gate and monitor them through a camera. — ABOUT ME — Hi! I’m Thi and I have always had an absolute adoration for dogs! I’ve been a dog momma for a little over 25 years now (since I was a young child). I grew up being surrounded by dogs and have experience working with different breeds of all sizes. My partner and I currently have a sweet senior German Shepard Chow Chow, Sophie — you probably thought was still a puppy if you met her. She loves playing with small dogs but enjoys sleeping most of the time. Oh - and eating of course!
