Our little family consists of me, Thi (pronounced Tee), my husband Jace, our poodle Dexter, and our husky Luna. We work hybrid/remotely which gives us plenty of time to spend with each other and provide our fur babies with a variety of indoor and outdoor activities throughout the day. In addition to daily playtime in our fenced yard, we enjoy our mini adventures to various parks and local trails in and around our neighborhood, and we welcome your fur babies with open paws to wag along! The reason we join Rover is to have a sense of the big family we had growing up. Both Jace and I learned to care for several dogs and cats of our own and family's at a young age. Since then, we have developed much professional experience by providing boarding, daycare, drop-in, and walking services to many types of pets, including small critters. We're constantly expanding our knowledge with research from trusted sources, as well as volunteer materials from our local shelter. We love animals of all kinds and enjoy caring for them. We also love to help other pet parents with their pets because we understand how busy life can get. With 10+ years of experience, we are confident in providing the best care for your fur babies! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 🐾 HOURS OF OPERATION 🐾 🐶 All Services: • Monday to Sunday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM 🎁 Holiday Hours: • We are open on most holidays during our regular hours of operation. • Please inform us at the time of booking if you need to schedule outside of our regular hours, as we offer plenty of flexibility to accommodate your needs. • Drop-off and pick-up hours are scheduled at the time of booking. Early or late arrivals may require rescheduling to the next available slot. You find us on Rover and love our profile 💗 2. You send us a booking request 3. We review your request and initiate a meet & greet 4. We finalize your booking 5. Your fur baby's vacation begins! 🐶🐱 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 🐾 TIPS BEFORE SENDING A REQUEST 🐾 • Booking: We book on a first-come, first-served basis. Once we've determined that we're a good fit, we'll finalize your booking. Please note dates are not held until confirmed. • Day Care/Boarding: Please provide a minimum of 3 days' notice. Meet & greet will be initiated at the time of your request and held at our home. • Drop In/Walking/Running: Please provide at least 1 day's notice. Meet & greet is highly encouraged and will be held at your home. 🐾 MEET & GREET 🐾 allows us to establish trust, assess compatibility, review care instructions, set expectations, and help your pet become familiar with our space. This ensures personalized care and provides peace of mind for pet parents! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 🐾 OUR SERVICES 🐾 🐶 WALKING: • A 30-minute walk tailored to your pet's needs. • Essentials such as extra leash, water, waste bags, and treats will be available. • Replenish water and food if necessary. • Quick scan and clean up any visible accidents and messes. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 🦮 RUNNING: • A 30-minute run or jog adjusted to your fur baby's health and energy level. Please consult your trusted veterinarian before beginning any running program. • Please have your fur baby's preferred running gear ready. We will also provide shoes, extra leash, as well as waste bags, water, and treats. • For running services, please submit a drop-in request, and we will adjust the booking to include an additional $5 fee. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 🐱 DROP-IN VISITS AT YOUR HOME: • Stimulate mental and physical wellness by providing companionship and playtime (according to their condition and energy level) while we’re there. • Provide food/fresh water and administer medication according to parents' instructions. • Thorough scan and clean accidents and messes using your preferred cleaning supplies. • Perform minor home-related tasks such as plant watering, retrieving mail and packages, taking out trash, and/or any other needs—just ask! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 🐈 DAY CARE/BOARDING AT OUR HOME: • Single-family home with a large fenced yard and access to a developing 10-mile trail for walking your fur babies! • Please bring them in good health & clean condition. • Potty-trained preferred. • Essentials such as warm and fluffy beddings, food and water bowls, leash and harness, toys and treats will be provided. • Fur babies will enjoy daily playtime; lots and lots of belly rubs and snuggles; experience with different types of enrichments (social, cognitive, etc.); creative games (tug-o-war, frisbee, fetch, etc.); mini photoshoots; training reinforcement; treats (an appropriate amount of course); running/jogging; relaxing to music and massages after a day filled with activities; a warm and refreshing oatmeal bath (if needed); exploring neighborhood trails; fun outdoors and indoors activities throughout the day—just a day of being spoiled to the max! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 🐾 COMMUNICATION 🐾 • We provide a brief summary of your fur baby's daily activities and routine, along with frequent pictures and videos to keep you updated throughout the day. We're also happy to arrange video chats for live updates if preferred. • Because your fur babies' safety and well-being are extremely important to us, we monitor their behavior, mood, energy levels while they're in our care, and promptly notify parents of any possible pet illness or injury. • Please feel free to text/call for any questions & concerns regarding your fur babies! We try to remain active on Rover at all times and will respond as quickly as we can.
