Not your average cat lady
Hey y’all! I have been an animal lover my entire life! Growing up, at all times in my household, we would have ‘the pack’ I.e. always three dogs 🐕 As an adult, I took in two cats and it was a done deal from there on out, I was officially a cat lady. I now have four cats, one with a thyroid disorder and diabetes, so I am very professional at administering the proper dosage of medicine in a timely fashion, whether it be in pill or shot form. All in all, I’m a professional wedding photographer looking to book up my spare time with adorable little faces to tend to! I had previously volunteered at a community cat shelter for a year but found it very difficult not to bring home kitties (my cat Hansel won my heart this way). I figured, this way, I’m able to help animals and animal lovers without the feeling of wanting to save every cute face I meet! Therese was great! We have an older cat with diabetes and thyroid issues and she had just the experience we were looking for to administer his insulin injections and oral medicine, in addition to the regular cat care duties. She was thorough, very communicative, and super friendly. Will definitely book her again!

Therese was fantastic! She had great communication and really took the time to make sure my boys (two cats) were well taken care of. She sent pictures each day and even took a few professional pics (she’s also a photographer!) which I loved :) I would highly recommend using Therese to care for your pets.

Therese radiates kindness. She is incredibly invested in the comfort and safety of all furry family members and treats others’ pets just as she does her own. Therese is intuitive— she is incredibly affectionate towards animals, while also recognizing that they might need time to acclimate. Similarly, she is very easygoing and has endless patience; always prioritizing a pet’s needs and embracing their quirks. Therese was a phenomenal Dog Aunt to my little Artie and was one of the very few people I completely trusted to watch over him.

Schedule
As previously stated, I’m a wedding photographer, so my weekdays are spent at home editing. I have full availability in the winter (for obvs reasons) and in the summer will have gigs Fri, Sat, Sun sporadically, but nothing so concrete as it varies.

Safety, trust & environment
In my home, all of my kitties get fresh water every day, multiple clean liter boxes, measured out (snap shut) ball jars of their max food intake by weight, and of course, lots of play time! I also ensure all bedding is cleaned weekly p.s. that the fur doesn’t pile up haha!
