Tess took truly wonderful care of Pumpkin. She handled all the essentials perfectly — pee/poop, fresh water, meals, and his medications (including several different ones) — with total reliability. She also went above and beyond by spending real time with him: playing, talking to him, and giving him space to roam and feel comfortable. Pumpkin was relaxed and well‑cared‑for when I returned, and it’s clear Tess has a natural, personable way with animals. Excellent care, dependable, and genuinely kind. Highly recommended.
