I live in an 1 bedroom apartment with my own dog and cat. Pets can be separated (bedroom vs living room) as needed, and there are enclosed off-leash dog spaces in my complex as well as ample area for leashed walks

I thought Theresa was completely outstanding. She really went above and beyond taking care of my two larger dogs, who both need a little extra hand-holding. She even took the time to hand-feed my younger, anxious dog to make sure she was eating and was comfortable. She was also really aware of the fact that my dogs can be territorial around food and made sure the environment was safe and worked for what they each needed. I also thought she did a fantastic job gauging the safety of the environment and paying attention to the weather. We had a heatwave this weekend, and she was really tuned in to the dogs during their outdoor walks and made sure they were safe and comfortable. I loved the photo updates, too. And I don't know if this is just a normal Rover feature, but it was really fun being able to see the routes she took while walking them! Communication was absolutely perfect throughout the whole stay. I also really appreciated the time she took to come to our home beforehand, meet the dogs, and meet us as a family. She asked thoughtful questions and really took the time to understand our dogs and what they needed, which gave me a lot of confidence going into the weekend. My two dogs are very special and very beloved, but they are also high-care, high-anxiety dogs who need a lot of reassurance and attention. Theresa was wonderful with them, and I would absolutely have her care for them again. I highly recommend her!
She was excellent! She's very professional, took care of all of our dogs, and was an excellent communicator. When preparing for the visit. She provided great photos, took care of our special needs dogs, and overall left a great impression on us, we will definitely be using her services again in the future! I cannot recommend her enough for your animals and needs.

Theresa was prompt and friendly for our first meeting, with a very calm demeanor. Our dog Duke seemed to take to her straight away, and really enjoyed his walk. We will definitely be using her service again!

Schedule
Work part-time from home, so I have a very flexible schedule day-to-day. I also care for my own cat and dog and pet-sit for friends, so I am regularly out and about for dog-walking and pet care
