While I am providing a drop in visit in your home to care for your pet(s), I am always very careful and considerate of your home. I can follow precise instructions to provide your pet(s) with the best care possible. Dogs are never left unattended while I am performing a service in your home. I have plenty of flexibility in my schedule to care for your pet(s), I am home the majority of the time. Pets are always supervised in my home. My husband, Obadiah , is present to care and watch over the animals if I have to run a quick errand. We live in a residential area located conveniently close to highway 75 with many schools, sidewalks, parks, nature trails, dog parks and more nearby. We can provide as many walks and or potty breaks as your animal would like. I will not leave dogs outside unattended. If they are playing in the yard I am playing/supervising. We treat each dog according to the rules you set, but also just like our own. **Additional Information about boarding services:** ** Breeds that I do not board in my home: Pitbulls, Dobermans, Great Danes, Rottweilers, Cane Corso, American bullies & German Shepards. (While these breeds are all wonderful dogs, they have high energy levels and unpredictable temperaments, therefore, I am unable to board them in my home, I am still able to provide walking/drop in services for these breeds just not boarding. Any low content mixes of these breeds will be considered for overnight boarding.) Drop off and pick up time is between 8 am - 8 pm. You will need to message me the time frame of when you will be dropping off/picking up. The time frame must be within the hour. If pick up or drop off time exceeds the window between 8 am - 8 pm, you will need to pay for an additional night. You will need to supply dog food for the stay. I recommend bringing a bag of 10 lb + dog food if you will be boarding for longer than 7+ days. I provide dog bowls, bedding and dog toys that are routinely sanitized in my home. I discourage bringing additional belongings unless previously discussed prior to drop off. Bringing additional items such as toys, blankets or additional bowls is not necessary as I provide everything needed to make your dog feel happy, comfortable and relaxed. I now have a reoccurring pest control service, Eco-Safe, its 100% natural and organic and it is safe for pets but gets rid of pesky bugs like fleas and ticks. Please be sure your dog is treated for fleas and is up to date on vaccines and medications. It is your responsibility to ensure your dog is protected to avoid any infestations or illnesses. A: Yes, all dogs that are boarded with me will be crated overnight to ensure safety. All dogs that I board must be crate trained and must be able to stay in the crate overnight comfortably. Dogs that are crate trained will not display any signs of excessive barking, whining or any other behavior that displays anxiety while in a crate. Q: Do you accept puppies younger than 8 months old? A: No, I only board puppies that are older than 8 months and they must be crate & house trained. Q: Do you provide walks during boarding? A: Unless you have added an additional service for dog walking to boarding, I do not provide walks, we have a spacious backyard with plenty of space for your dog to play, run and have fun. Q: Do you board dogs that are aggressive or fearful of other dogs? A: No, I do not board dogs that have aggression or anxiety around other dogs, all dogs that are boarded must be good around other dogs. Q: Are you able to send daily updates / pictures? A: I strive to provide as many updates and pictures to provide reassurance that your pet is happy, comfortable and safe during their stay, although I do run a business from home, I am not always able to send daily updates especially if the stay exceeds 7 days.
