Every pet is unique, and I want to make sure your furry family member receives the care and attention they’re accustomed to while you’re away. Please let me know about any special needs, medical conditions, medications, dietary requirements, allergies, or specific routines your cat or dog may have. I’m happy to follow detailed instructions and make sure medications are given on schedule and with care. I especially enjoy caring for cats and small- to medium-sized dogs. I love getting to know each pet’s personality—from the playful and energetic to the quiet and cuddly—and making sure they feel comfortable, secure, and loved in their own home. Before your trip, we can go over your pet’s daily routine, feeding schedule, exercise needs, medications, favorite activities, and anything else that will help me provide the best possible care. My goal is simple: for you to enjoy your time away knowing your pets are happy, safe, comfortable, and receiving plenty of love and attention. 🐾❤️
A typical day
A typical day as your pet sitter is all about keeping your pets happy, comfortable, and on their normal routine while you’re away. My day begins with making sure your pets are settled, fed, and ready for some attention. We’ll follow their usual morning routine, whether that means a walk around the neighborhood, playtime, cuddles, or simply enjoying a quiet morning together. Throughout the day, I make sure they have fresh water, meals at their regular times, plenty of companionship, and whatever care they need. I’ll give medications, take dogs for walks, clean litter boxes, and attend to any special instructions you’ve provided. I also spend quality time with your pets so they don’t feel lonely while you’re away. Every pet is different, and I take the time to understand their personality and what makes them feel safe and happy. I’ll keep your home clean, secure, and cared for as well. You’ll receive regular updates and photos, so you can relax knowing your pets are being loved and well looked after. At the end of the day, we settle into their normal evening routine—dinner, a final walk or potty break, and plenty of love before bedtime. My goal is for your pets to feel as though you never left! 🐾❤️

With over 30 years of experience owning, training, and caring for animals, I bring a lifetime of hands-on knowledge and genuine compassion to every pet in my care. My experience includes horses, dogs, cats, birds, fish, and small reptiles, as well as a variety of exotic animals. My experience with dogs includes German Shepherds and retired racing Greyhounds, along with many other breeds. I also have extensive experience caring for tropical birds, including Macaws and Cockatoos. In addition, I am comfortable caring for freshwater and saltwater fish, cats, reptiles, and a wide variety of other animals. I have recently been pet sitting full-time through TrustedHousesitters and have received all five-star reviews from the families I have cared for. I will be returning to the New England area in early October and look forward to offering my services through Rover as well. Your pets are family, and I understand how important it is to leave them in the hands of someone experienced, dependable, and caring.
