I grew up with dogs and cats on a small farm. As an adult I have always had cats and dogs in my life and my children's lives at different times. I think love, compassion, understanding and patience are key to interacting with our pets and with others pets. I've house sat for many friend and family with pets, and I currently have a small service dog of my own that I walk and take trips to the lakes for hikes and long walks around our neighborhood. Weather your pet needs to be exercised due to excessive energy or you are currently in the process of training, I am happy to provide support and patience. Pets just want our approval and attention. With more owners going back to work fulltime separation anxiety is real for dogs. Having someone to check in on them through out the day can really help both owner and pet. - Tessa I am available through out the week and weekends. I have a dog that is with me 24/7 so I am aware of the need for walks and one on one time and can provide all of that at this time. Making your pet feel at home is key to happy sitting experiences. Coming to your home and visiting with your dog for attention or walks is always best for our pets, but I'm here if you need them to come for a visit too. They will get attention, a cozy spot to lay and relax, and lot's of walks and play time to get out the energy. I have hard woods through out my home, and lots of grassy areas and parks to walk at. If it's a lot of play or a nice quiet place to rest, your pet will have the room and the attention that it needs.

Safety, trust & environment
Let them outside for potty breaks and walks, exercise. Feed them per your instructions. Let me know if there are any special needs, i.e. medications, physical activity. And lots of love.

Theresa took great care of our pups, and provided photos and update's during the stay. We appreciate that she made sure each dog was comfortable, while making sure all their needs were met. We will be using Theresa again for any future pet sitting needs.
