Size limit 20 pounds (adult size) for fun and safety (no large breed puppies). Your small or tiny dog will have up to 4 right-sized buddies to play with in my big securely-fenced yard. Professionally, I am a masters-prepared nurse and dog trainer who specializes in working with small dogs and puppies. I have worked with dogs professionally for more than 20 years, as a vet technician and dog trainer. There is no substitute for experience! I am very comfortable monitoring and managing dog play to keep everyone safe and happy, as well as managing special needs, giving medication, bathing, clipping nails, etc. Your dog will thrive with expert care from an experienced professional.

Excellent communication and care - Theresa was exceptional. Our request was late notice, slightly delayed morning getting Teddy (our pup) there and she was so accommodating. Teddy is so happy and seems like his jolly normal self like he didn’t miss a beat. Highly recommend !
Theresa is probably Nico's favorite sitter considering how much he enjoyed spending time at her place. From all the pictures she sent he was in good spirits and being his lovable happy self. Theresa was communicative and kept me up to date as far as Nico's condition after he started to display symptoms of a canine cough and even still she took great care of him. This is my second time booking with her and I will continue to keep her mind for any future stays.
Bennie had a wonderful stay with Theresa! Her communication was terrific--lots of photos and updates. I really had no worries during my time away and knew that Bennie was being well cared for and loved. I highly recommend Theresa and will definitely use her again to board my pup!
I highly recommend Theresa! She watched my dog, Molly, for the first time and did a wonderful job. I loved getting the photo updates while I was away. Molly clearly enjoyed herself (especially the belly rubs!). We will definitely be back.
This is the second time Theresa took care of my two dogs! She’s great, keeps me updated and I know they are safe and having fun!
Our dog Casey and my sister’s dog Mia had a nice time staying with Theresa. She is calm and loves dogs. Mia is shy and takes time to adapt but having Casey there really helped her build trust. We’ve never left our dogs either anyone other than family and it was comforting to know they both were in good care. Thank you!

Schedule
I work from home and have lots of extra room on my couch for your little one! Your dog is most welcome to join us for couch time, walkies, and supervised outdoor play time in my large securely fenced garden. I am home most of the time, but I do go out to do normal things (the gym, errands, occasional social engagements). Please let me know if your dog is not crate trained. I do separate the dogs for safety when I Ieave the house, but can use gates or an ex-pen instead of a crate if that works better for your little one. I may be able to accommodate a dog that cannot be left home alone, depending on the specifics, please ask if this is the case.

Your dog's safety is my first priority, followed by creating a fun and relaxing environment for your little one. You can relax knowing that your dog is in great hands and enjoying their own doggie vacation. I only accept dog-friendly small dogs under 20 pounds, so your little one will have size-appropriate buddies to play with! I manage drop offs and pickups with safety in mind, and I'm very happy to offer pick up and delivery to make your boarding experience as convenient as possible!

A typical day
A typical day consists of playing, snuggling on the couch, and enjoying playtime in my securely fenced garden. I have lots of toys, beds and an abundant supply of bully sticks for dogs that like a good chew.
