(a) Up-to-date vaccinations (b) Must be in good health (c) Dog and people friendly (d) Must be well-socialized (e) Spayed and neutered (except puppies) (d) NO pets with super high-level of separation anxiety (e) NO super high-energy dogs that may pose a risk of harm to other pets Things To Bring: (a) Updated shot records/vaccination record (Can be uploaded a day before drop-off) (b) Collar with ID tags (c) Leash (d) Food for the stay (portioned and labeled with their name) (e) Comfort items (optional but encouraged) To keep you connected, I'll send photos and/or videos (1-2x daily). Your pets will feel at home here, spending time indoor and outdoor, and enjoying playtime in spacious, fenced areas. Cats have their own indoor space to explore. Rest easy knowing your pets are in good hands, allowing you to enjoy your time away with peace of mind. ++Dogs are supervised both indoors and outdoors as a safety measure.++ ++Dogs sleep indoors, with beds and blankets provided++ For the safety of all pets during feeding, I kindly crate dogs; additionally, I have a few spacious crates available for those whose parents prefer them to be crated, ensuring a secure and comfortable sleep at night. ++Just let me know++ Also, for everyone's safety, I occasionally limit dogs' access to toys, acknowledging the potential for occasional disagreements among them. Meet and Greet: Meeting beforehand is not mandatory. As long as your pet meets the requirements outlined above, they'll be welcome. However, if you prefer to arrange a meet and greet, please request one. The meeting will be brief, aimed at assessing your pet and allowing owners to evaluate me as a pet sitter. Drop off procedure: When you're about 10 minutes away, please send a text. You have two options for dropping off your pet: 1. I'll open the big gate for you to drive in and park at the front of the house. I'll be there waiting to take your pet. 2. Or, you can park by the mailbox outside, and I'll come get your pet through the side gate. ++Please note that I no longer allow pet owners to drop off inside the house. To minimize barking and noise disturbances from other dogs, drop-offs will now take place outside. Thank you for your understanding.++ Pet Breed Preferences: While I'm open to pets of different sizes, I do have preferences regarding specific breeds. At the moment, I'm Not Able to Accommodate the following breeds for pet sitting, boarding, and care: Pitbull (including mixes), Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Doberman Pinscher, Bullmastiff, Husky, Malamutes, Wolf Hybrid, Boxer, and Great Dane.
