She was incredibly understanding and accommodating from the very first call, never making us feel like we were asking too much. What really stood out was how well she kept us in the loop — we received plenty of photos every day, and it was clear from every single one that Miele was not just safe, but genuinely loved and well cared for. You can always tell when someone is a true cat person, and Thelma absolutely is. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended!
