We’ve now used Thelma for a second time, and she continues to impress. This visit was three days and everything went smoothly from start to finish. She’s attentive, reliable, and always happy to accommodate any requests we have. Once again, Miele was looked after as if he were her own cat and it genuinely shows. The bond those two have built is something special, and it gives us so much peace of mind knowing he’s in such caring hands. We’ll definitely be booking Thelma again!
We recently needed a last-minute cat sitter for Miele, and Thelma was an absolute lifesaver. She was incredibly understanding and accommodating from the very first call, never making us feel like we were asking too much. What really stood out was how well she kept us in the loop — we received plenty of photos every day, and it was clear from every single one that Miele was not just safe, but genuinely loved and well cared for. You can always tell when someone is a true cat person, and Thelma absolutely is. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended!
