Thanh-Mai took AMAZING care of our little guy Batman. He had an absolute blast and we got constant pictures and updates the whole time we were away. Will absolutely choose to stay with her again on our next vacation.
We were so happy leaving Mac with Thanh-Mai. Mac was so comfortable staying with them. She sent me tons of photos and video and was so communicative but allowed me to enjoy my event. I’m from out of town but come to Fresno a lot to see family and I hope to leave Mac with Thanh-Mai anytime I’m in town.
Thanh-Mai took great care of my dog Max. She went above and beyond making sure that my dog is in good hands and safe. It is only 1 day but she did very great. She communicates from time to time give us updates and sending us pictures of how’s my dog doing and how he’s been feeling and what he’s been through. I would highly recommend Thanh-Mai with anyone and will definitely book with her again in the future.
This is the first time we had to leave our girls with someone we didn't already know, but we're so glad it was Thanh-Mai! She (and Jimmy) were wonderful! She sent us pictures and videos and little updates, and asked just the right questions about the girls' quirks and when and how to administer medications. We don't live in the area, but if we're ever in need of someone in Fresno, we will definitely be asking Thanh-Mai first--you should, too!
Thanh-Mai took great care of our pets while we were away. She did more than what we asked for and went above and beyond to make sure our pets are well. It was raining during our trip out of town and she did not mind coming in more often to check on them. She also made sure they were fed, walked and not be in their crates for too long. Thanh-Mai communicated very well with what she was planning to do and kept us updated with pictures and videos several times a day. She took pride in her job and it shows. We would highly recommend Thanh-Mai with anyone, and will definitely book with her again in the future.
Thanh-Mai has given me such peace of mind during my 8 day travel abroad. She sent photos around twice a day and also sent videos from time to time. She communicated with me consistently and always answered all of my questions. Her and her partner Jimmy were even able to help my dog better socialize and learn how to play with the other dogs in her care. Overall, would book her again!
