Pet care experience
I have been professional groomer for 20+ years and qualified then practised as a behaviouralist for even more. I have had numerous pets upwards of 15 at one time through foster and rehoming and have managed livestock and my own cattery for years too.

This is our second time using Thalia to look after Lenny, this time for 9 days whilst we went on holiday! Lenny has been very well looked after and was happy and in great shape when we returned. A stark contrast to when he has been collected from kennels in the past. Makes going on holiday much easier knowing he is in good hands.
I cannot rate Thalia more highly. She looked after our dogs whilst we were in the area for my brother's wedding in the Airbnb. One of them is an awkward, independent, sensitive and nervous dog - and a primitive breed to boot. She's been really hard work behaviourally over the years and in the wrong hands it could have set us back. Thalia instantly got her (I booked her because of her extensive experience as a behaviourist) and understood that she was a bit wary of new people, and didn't necessarily want to be cuddled and stroked straight off the bat. Thalia earnt her affection really quickly and I came back to an extremely happy and content dog. It was a huge relief for me that I was able to leave her with and trust a new person for the first time, in an unfamiliar place. I'm not sure Thalia will thank me for recommending her for awkward, reactive or nervous dogs 🙈 but she was exceptional with Mika. I just wish I could find a Thalia where we live!
