Caring and reliable dog walker
I have had my own cocker spaniel for the past 5 years, and I trained him from a puppy, so I am very comfortable caring for dogs at different ages and understanding their individual needs. Even before having my own dog I regularly walked and dog-sat for friends and family, so I’ve always enjoyed spending time with dogs and caring for them. I understand that dogs are a huge part of the family and how important it is to have someone you can genuinely trust to look after them. I’m responsible, patient and attentive and I love making sure dogs get plenty of exercise, attention and playtime. I genuinely love spending time with dogs - probably more than people!

Safety, trust & environment
When caring for your dog in your home, I’ll make sure they stay in a safe, familiar and comfortable environment. I’ll follow your usual routines and any instructions you provide around feeding, walks, treats, medication and areas of the house they can access. I’ll make sure doors, gates and windows are secure and will always take care when entering and leaving the property to keep your dog safe. I’ll also keep their food, water, toys and belongings in their usual places and leave your home clean and tidy. I understand that leaving your dog with someone also means trusting them in your home, so I will treat both your dog and home with the same care and respect I would expect for my own.

Schedule
I currently work full-time, so my availability is primarily on my days off. I usually have weekend available and can spend the whole day/ weekend caring for your dog, including staying at your home if your require house sitting. My work routine can vary however so there will also be week days I am available to look after your dog.
