Our dog was very pleased with the service, thanks!

We advise caution when considering Tetiana. We've had great experiences with past Rover sitters who were patient with animals and took real responsibility for their care and for the commitment they made to owners. Unfortunately, Tetiana seemed primarily concerned with her own convenience. On the first night, our cat Jamie was very vocal and disrupted her sleep, which is common for a cat in a new environment. Instead of trying to settle him or contacting us to talk it through, she sent a stream of messages complaining about him and insisting we take him back. We couldn't, since we were out of town for a wedding (the reason we booked a sitter in the first place). She kept insisting anyway, so we had to involve Rover customer service to look for an alternative. She demanded his removal every day of the stay, and with such short notice no replacement could be found. We spent much of the trip dealing with booking requests and worrying about how Jamie was being treated. In the end, we rushed to her place straight from the airport to collect him, a day earlier than planned. If you want a sitter who stays caring and responsible toward your pet even when things get inconvenient, look elsewhere.

Tetiana is super responsive and will keep you updated on your animals. Follows animal care instructions well too!
