Hello there, I am a Small dog specialist living the Margate area. I have been pet-sitting now for 8 years and love every minute of it. I started my service in Covent Garden In 2015 & have now moved down to the beautiful Kent Coast. I have a little house with a garden on a quiet street. I have a park about a minute walk away and the Beaches are 5 minutes away. my location is very handy if you are city bound for an airport, Ferry or Eurostar, or having a south coast holiday. I would like to add that doing this work has brought me so much joy over the last few years. I have moderate social anxiety that has prevented me from participating in things other people take for granted. walking and caring for dogs has given me the chance to appreciate being outside and not a day goes by that I am not grateful for all the little furries, dogs and cats, that I have been lucky enough to look after. Daycare is based on an 8 hour work day. Any additional hours will be charged at £4ph. Additionally, overnights are base on a 24hr stay with some flexibility. Any time spent iver the completion of your booking drop off will be charged at £4 but not beyond a day rate. Walk fee explained: I charge £15 for a half hour walk. This is due to being so central and through experience have found that 30 minutes is ample for a decent bit of exercise and fresh air, Particularly as a lot of my clients are small dogs. An hour walk can be arranged for £20 for more active doggos. Thank you for stopping by and taking the time to read my profile. We chose Tess due to her experience of looking after small dogs and being local to my address. We met initially as an introduction and I was very impressed with her wealth of knowledge and love for dogs and most importantly how much little Ru loved her. Tess provided me with prompt updates during her drop ins and wonderful photos. I will definitely book Tess again and recommend to all owners who are thinking about it!
Tess is completely wonderful. She is such a caring and attentive sitter. Roosevelt adores her and can’t wait to see her when he goes to stay!
We were impressed with Tessa: she met our dogs’ needs, immediately bonded with them when we met, provided us with regular updates when we were away, and was very professional and reliable.

Tessa is simply fantastic. Reliable, trustworthy and has looked after all my furry friends for years - I think my pets prefer Tessa to me :). I often travel for work and it was absolute peace of mind having Tessa stay at my house, making sure my dog and cats were well cared for and had Company as well as taking care of everything at the house. I cannot recommend Tessa highly enough.

I am a student so I have the ability to give one to one care for your Pet. I have been doing this for some time and have a knack for helping your pooch feel at home and relaxed.

A typical day
Lots of cuddles lots of walks. Your pet is my priority whilst it is in my care & I enjoy all manor of activities from local park/Beach/country walks A puppacino on a nice day is fun for the doggos.
Prices include all fees.
