I've had a dog since I was ten years old. I've grown up dog sitting and walking dogs with my family and on my own. I fostered a dog on my own during COVID for 8 months until she could find her forever home.

Tessa was great with our dog Charlie while we were away for several days, making sure he had walks each day, spending time with him, sending us pictures, and looking after our house and yard. When we returned home, it was clear Charlie had been well-cared for, as he wasn't at all anxious or overly-"clingy," as he has been in the past after separation for a few days. We'd highly recommend Tessa.
Tessa has such a caring heart. She has been babysitting and pet-sitting since she was 10. She loves to take care of others, particularly animals. Even though her family has a dog, she chose to foster a dog in need just to provide extra love to someone. She also fostered guinea pigs for a time. She is also incredibly responsible. She will move heaven and earth to follow through on a commitment she has made. I would put her in charge of my most precious animals and people. I highly recommend her.

Schedule
I'll be working part time during the day and evenings. I can walk dogs in the morning and afternoons and board during the weekends with frequent play time and walks during the day.

Safety, trust & environment
Regular walks, always having water available for the dog. It's important to always keep an eye on the dog to ensure they're safe and happy. Keeping dangerous food/things out of reach and generally just being aware at all times and regular play to ensure happiness and comfortability.
