Knowing a little bit about your pets ahead of time is crucial for me as a dog walker, so I can provide the best care possible. Knowledge of your pets temperament, and any medical conditions as well as exercise preferences allows me to make sure not only they are comfortable but so are you!
A typical day
As a dog walker, I prioritize engaging and enjoyable activities to keep the pets I watch happy! I love taking them on long walks to explore new sites. I also bring along favorite toys and balls, which they may enjoy as well. I always make sure to end the visit with lots of belly rubs, scratches, extra attention and of course a little treat :)

Pet care experience
Starting from a young age I grew up with two cats, Olive and Luca. I fed, cleaned, spent LOTS of quality time, and groomed them. My cats had some medical issues so it made me very aware of their needs and how all our furry friends deserve the best care!! As I got older I started taking on jobs dog sitting for family members and friends families. I found a love for taking care of animals! I have dog say many times for dogs small and large and also had countless overnight dog sitting jobs. I have lots of experience with cleaning, feedings, walking and comforting all furry friends and hope I can do so for many more!

Our dogs and cat had a great week with Tessa while we were out of town! We could tell from the photos that they were all feeling comfortable and happy which was so good to see. Tessa is a great communicator, very capable, and so sweet with the pets—we would highly recommend her as a sitter!! I know our pets will definitely be excited to have her stay again for future trips :)
Tessa took amazing care of our pup while we were away! She sent daily pictures and updates on what they were up to and he seemed so happy with her. We can’t wait to have her watch him again, she’s the best!
