We hired Tess to watch our 16-year-old Poodle Dachshund mix, BoBo. We were very nervous about leaving him for a week. due to his age and anxiety. We worried about how he’d handle our absence. Tess went above and beyond to comfort him and ensure he had everything he needed. She even made a special trip to the vet to pick up his medication, all while keeping us updated with plenty of pictures and videos and text messages so we would know how he was doing. We knew Tess was genuine from her very first interview with us, but her true care and compassion really showed when we returned home. BoBo wanted nothing to do with us — he was completely attached to Tess! That said everything about the loving care she provided. She even bought him special treats with her own money. We will absolutely ask Tess to watch our baby boy again. We wouldn’t trust him with anyone else. If you’re looking for true peace of mind while you’re away from your fur baby, Tess is the one. She is hands down the best!

Tess has been taking care of my dogs when I’m out of town or gone for most of a day for years now. She loves being with them. She has sent me adorable photos of the pups. She has worked on having them sit and stay. I trust her completely in my home and with my dogs.
