Pets deserve to feel at home so we always try to replicate their daily routines by following the details provided to us by pet parents. At the same time, as the day goes on we can see from the behaviour of the pet just how well things are going, so we can adjust things to ensure they're feeling comfortable and happy.

Pet care experience
Over the years we’ve been very lucky to share our lives with so many wonderful pets, and we’ve used Rover ourselves so we know what pets and pet owners need and deserve. We’ve raised Sophie – our St. Bernard/Bernese Mountain Dog – from a pup, and she’s kind and gets along very well with dogs from high-energy to chilled-out, and all types in between. We believe all pets are unique and deserve to feel like they’re at home, so if you tell us what they like (and don’t like) we’ll do our best to make them comfortable and happy (from potty breaks, eating, activity, play to privacy, snuggling and sleeping – whatever it takes). Our huge fenced yard is totally safe and offers plenty of room to play and several areas for more quiet time, and inside our home will be their home.
Reviews
We could see that, our dog, Asia was having fun and well taken care of during her stay. Terry would send us frequent messages and photos of Asia relaxing and playing with the other dogs. These updates put us at ease during our vacation. We would highly recommend him and will definitely be booking his service in the near future.
Terry is always a pleasure to see and takes the best care of our dog. We use him exclusively now and couldn't be happier with how he treats us and our dog.
Terry was absolutely fantastic looking after Zuri and Rafiki!. He kept us updated with photos and messages, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. Zuri and Rafiki came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. Terry took the time to understand their individual personalities and needs, making sure they were comfortable, exercised, and received plenty of attention and affection. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Terry to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and reliable dog sitter. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our pups! It’s clear that Zuri and Rafiki have a very special bond with Terry!
Another amazing stay with Terry! We left Bella with Terry for 5 weeks this time and they built such a special bond that really warmed our hearts. As always Terry took exceptional care of Bella and not only provided great care that was specialized to Bella’s needs, but he also really helped Bella to gain self-confidence during her stay. Bella can’t wait to see Terry again!
