Pets deserve to feel at home!
Over the years we’ve been very lucky to share our lives with so many wonderful pets, and we’ve used Rover ourselves so we know what pets and pet owners need and deserve. We’ve raised Sophie – our St. Bernard/Bernese Mountain Dog – from a pup, and she’s kind and gets along very well with dogs from high-energy to chilled-out, and all types in between. We believe all pets are unique and deserve to feel like they’re at home, so if you tell us what they like (and don’t like) we’ll do our best to make them comfortable and happy (from potty breaks, eating, activity, play to privacy, snuggling and sleeping – whatever it takes). Our huge fenced yard is totally safe and offers plenty of room to play and several areas for more quiet time, and inside our home will be their home.

We have left our dog, Bella, with Terry and Jacquie on multiple occasions, and we honestly couldn’t ask for better people to care for her while we’re away. Bella absolutely LOVES going to their house! She adores Terry and Jacquie and their dog Sophie has become like a sibling to her. Bella is always so excited when she realizes where she’s going—and when we come to pick her up, she never wants to leave! It’s so obvious how well cared for she is while she’s there. She gets tons of love and attention, lots of pets, outdoor time and activities, and truly feels like part of their family. We now lovingly refer to her stays as going to “Grandpa Terry’s house.” ❤️ There is such peace of mind in knowing that when we’re away, Bella is somewhere she is happy, comfortable, loved, and incredibly well cared for. We feel so lucky to have found Terry and Jacquie and are incredibly grateful for the comfort and support they provide our family. We would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for someone they can completely trust with their dog. Your pup will truly be in the best hands!
Terry and his wife are amazing. They make sure to send photos and keep up in the loop. They do provide feedback for areas that need some work which is always appreciated. We recommend Terry to everyone we know with pets.

When we have pets in our care, we are home every day, every night, as well as weekends and holidays and can/will provide the care, attention and love that your pet deserves.

Pets deserve to feel at home so we always try to replicate their daily routines by following the details provided to us by pet parents. At the same time, as the day goes on we can see from the behaviour of the pet just how well things are going, so we can adjust things to ensure they're feeling comfortable and happy.
