A typical day
Pets deserve to feel at home so we always try to replicate their daily routines by following the details provided to us by pet parents. At the same time, as the day goes on we can see from the behaviour of the pet just how well things are going, so we can adjust things to ensure they're feeling comfortable and happy.

Pet care experience
Over the years we’ve been very lucky to share our lives with so many wonderful pets, and we’ve used Rover ourselves so we know what pets and pet owners need and deserve. We’ve raised Sophie – our St. Bernard/Bernese Mountain Dog – from a pup, and she’s kind and gets along very well with dogs from high-energy to chilled-out, and all types in between. We believe all pets are unique and deserve to feel like they’re at home, so if you tell us what they like (and don’t like) we’ll do our best to make them comfortable and happy (from potty breaks, eating, activity, play to privacy, snuggling and sleeping – whatever it takes). Our huge fenced yard is totally safe and offers plenty of room to play and several areas for more quiet time, and inside our home will be their home.

Terry to the rescue! I cannot even say how thankful we are to Terry, Jacquie and Sophie! They were amazing taking Bodi even though they already had bookings and Terry took to Bodi so well - and wise versa! Bodi loved Terry and from keeping us updated and making us feel safe leaving our pup and I think Bodi had the best vacation ever! We are already looking to book Terry and his family for our next vacation! Going on vacation is great but leaving our dog is always heartbreaking (our toddler cried for 2 hours straight) but now, with Terry and his family we know Bodi is having the best time ever as well and it makes the goodbyes just a bit easier. Thank you for taking the time to meet Bodi and really get to know him - the feedback you provided daily showed us how much you knew Bodi and cared for him! We are so thankful to you and your family.
Terry was fantastic! We were worried about leaving our 9 month old puppy (who is still working on manners and obedience🤪) for the first time with someone new to us. Terry had us come for a meet and greet and we felt more comfortable. During Juno’s stay Terry was kind, patient with her quirks, and extremely reassuring that all would be ok. She has not to this point been a lap dog with us, and she was with him! 💗 He was very communicative and sent us photos. We are so grateful to have found Terry and would definitely use his services again.
Always a pleasure to have Terry watch Goldie, he always takes such good care if her and you can see the connection they make while you are away.
We couldn’t have asked for better puppy sitters than Terry and Jacquie! 🐾 They took such incredible care of Rafiki and Zuri, truly loving them as if they were their own. From the thoughtful updates to the genuine attention and affection they showed, we had complete peace of mind the entire time we were away. It’s never easy trusting someone else with your pups, but Terry and Jacquie went above and beyond in every way. Rafiki and Zuri came back happy, relaxed, and clearly adored — which says everything. We’re so grateful for the care, kindness, and reliability they showed. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for amazing pet sitters. Thank you both again! ❤️
