I have extensive experience in the pet care industry, including managing a large pet resort at Walt Disney World, overseeing the daily care, safety, and well-being of hundreds of pets while leading a team dedicated to exceptional service. I have also held management roles within a veterinary hospital, giving me hands-on experience with medications, post-surgical care, senior pets, puppies, and animals with special medical needs. I am a certified positive reinforcement dog trainer with additional certifications in animal nutrition. Throughout my career, I have worked professionally in veterinary medicine, pet resorts, animal training, pet retail, and pet nutrition. I am comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments, including giant breeds, fearful pets, reactive animals, and those requiring specialized care plans. My rescue and rehabilitation experience has taught me patience, compassion, and the importance of treating every animal as an individual.
