My career has been built around caring for animals and the people who love them. I have extensive experience in the pet care industry, including managing a large pet resort at Walt Disney World, overseeing the daily care, safety, and well-being of hundreds of pets while leading a team dedicated to exceptional service. I have also held management roles within a veterinary hospital, giving me hands-on experience with medications, post-surgical care, senior pets, puppies, and animals with special medical needs. I am a certified positive reinforcement dog trainer with additional certifications in animal nutrition. Throughout my career, I have worked professionally in veterinary medicine, pet resorts, animal training, pet retail, and pet nutrition. I am comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments, including giant breeds, fearful pets, reactive animals, and those requiring specialized care plans. My rescue and rehabilitation experience has taught me patience, compassion, and the importance of treating every animal as an individual. Whether it’s administering medications, encouraging a reluctant pet to eat, providing enrichment and exercise, or simply offering extra comfort and attention, I strive to give every pet a true VIP experience: a Very Important Pet experience. When caring for your pet, my goal is to treat them as if they were a member of my own family. You can expect professional, reliable care, excellent communication, and a genuine commitment to your pet’s happiness, health, and safety. I am flexible with scheduling and happy to work with you to create a care plan that best fits your pet’s needs. I also believe in leaving every home better than I found it, keeping your property clean, secure, and well cared for while you’re away.

If there was 10 stars Terry would get 20. He was amazing with my fur kids. Sent pics; progress reports and truly knows the breeds. Today, the last day, while I'm in the air on the way home, my ring alarm started going off. I had no way to disarm from the air. I contacted Terry who rushed from downtown Phoenix to Queen Creek to ensure my home was safe, more importantly my doggies. Terry truly cares and goes beyond the call of a pet sitter. Kudos Terry and I'm calling Rover to let them know what an amazing pet sitter you truly are Grateful beyond words Laurie,Brownie, Josie and Jango
Terry is always attentive with the pups and keeps us updated throughout the day with quick pics and notes. He’s a joy to work with.
Terry provided great overnight care for our large senior dog, a big German Shepherd who feels nervous while we’re gone! Very grateful to Terry for his careful attention and calm presence with our best friend!
Terry is always great, he gives very detailed updates on how his walks/visits went, and my pups always look very happy in the photos he sends. I have used him multiple times and he always does a good job!
Rocket and Dino loved playing with Terry while we were away. It's the best feeling to see your furbabies more interested in playing with your dog sitter than in you leaving to go somewhere. Terry was great with them - he followed the instructions we left, asked questions when he had them, sent us pictures (even one of our turtle Allison in her habitat lol) and updates, and had a lot of fun with them. They were calm and relaxed when we got home which was awesome to arrive to since Dino does have separation anxiety so I worry about him when we are gone. Thank you so much Terry for taking such great care of our furbabies! ?
Terry is an absolutely amazing Dog Walker. He has been walking my fathers dog now for a week. (We recently secured him for two more weeks we are so impressed with him.). Not only is he always prompt, he takes extra care of our Patches during the time they are together and trains her on areas of improvement.. like jumping on people. He went as far as to notify us that we may need to follow up with groomer and or Vet for Patches scooting. There are not enough words and kudos we can give him. We will definitely be using his services over And over again!

I work remotely from home, which allows me to provide a high level of supervision and companionship throughout the day. I can easily accommodate your pet’s existing feeding, medication, exercise, and potty schedules to help keep their routine consistent and stress-free while you’re away. My flexible schedule also allows me to provide frequent updates and plenty of one-on-one attention.

Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I have experience managing pet resorts with more than 200 pets and have worked in veterinary hospitals, giving me extensive experience with medications, special needs pets, senior pets, and large breeds. I carefully introduce pets, monitor behavior closely, and can crate pets if requested. I maintain a clean, secure environment and tailor care to each pet’s individual needs and personality.

Every pet is different, so I tailor the day to what makes them happiest and most comfortable. Because I work remotely, pets are rarely left alone and can maintain their normal feeding, potty, exercise, play, and medication schedules. Some dogs want long walks and a game of fetch, while others would rather nap beside me while I work. Cats often enjoy interactive play, brushing, treats, or simply having a calm companion nearby. Throughout the day, I provide plenty of supervision, affection, enrichment, and updates so you can relax knowing your pet is being cared for like family.
