Hi! I’m Terri, and I’ve spent most of my life working with people, animals, and creating environments where others feel safe and cared for. I was a teacher for 20 years, so I’m extremely patient, responsible, and attentive to details—qualities that translate perfectly to caring for pets. I also have a strong background in customer service from my time at the Four Seasons, where I learned how important trust, communication, and reliability are.
