I previously worked with Teri at an animal shelter, and I knew I could always depend on her to be at work, to be on time, and to work hard. Teri was a trusted team member who always helped others. In a shelter, communicating changes in an animal's health or behavior is critical for keeping everyone informed and on the same page. Teri consistently communicated this type of information with the team, which led to the animals receiving the best care possible.
