Housesitting: I will do my best to keep your dog’s routine to not disrupt what they are used to while you are away. I am happy to care for your plants, help retrieve mail, and bring in/out garbage cans if needed. For boarding: Our condo has a small patio with a cot where your pup can sunbathe in. We also have a crate if preferred. Across the street there is a park with plenty of grass, and two streets away there is a dog park we can walk to. Your dog will be welcomed by our two male doggies ages 10 and 4 who are friendly and generally calm. We will send plenty of pics because we know that we miss our fur babies when we are away from them. Please let me know your dog’s daily feeding routine as well as allergies, known commands, favorite treats, etc.

A typical day
It’s important to keep a dog mentally and physically happy. I have sniff mats and lick mats to stimulate your doggy when we are indoors, and take them on long walks for fresh air. I love to play with dogs and will provide them with plenty of attention and engagement as well as needed nap times.

Pet care experience
I have experience watching dogs of all sizes, ages, and energy levels. I’m comfortable with reactive dogs and know how to accommodate them for stress free walks. My biggest strength is patience, which I believe is crucial in making your dog feel comfortable, especially the anxious and shy ones. I am happy to help with basic command training and conditioning.

Teresa and Vivian have walked my dog Honey a few times now and I can say that Honey has enjoyed her walk every time! They are prompt with communication and send me photos throughout the walk so I can rest assured she is happy and safe. I am also thankful that she filled up Honeys water bowl after her walk because she was thirsty.
