A typical day of pet sitting/drop in visits include feeding pets according to their normal schedule, providing fresh water, giving potty breaks or litter box care, and plenty of attention and playtime. I also include walks if requested, administer any needed medications, and keep the home tidy. I make sure pets feel comfortable, safe, and cared for while their owners are away, and I send regular updates and photos.

I’ve cared for dogs, cats, birds, fish, and small animals, and I’m comfortable handling a wide range of needs. Whether it’s walks, drop-ins, or pet sitting, my goal is to keep your pet safe, comfortable, and on their normal routine.

Theresa is great with dogs. I know she has a history involving work in a pet store and has had pets of her own since her youth. Her “petsonality” can reflect that of the dogs’ in terms of energy level and interests. She is also a caring person who is kind and enjoys time with pets. She is knowledgeable about “handling,” leash walking, and appropriate play. She took our Redtick Coonhound running on leash, and played in a way that helped “wear her out.” The dogs loved her, too! It was such a respite for us to have someone like her to help with their health and quality of life, especially as we got older.
I have 2 dogs and a cat. Teresa has gone above and beyond in caring for my pets. She is responsible, reliable and loving. She treated them like they were her own. I have used her twice and would not hesitate to use her again.
