Teresa is great! She’s helped with my senior dog now, several times. She always communicated well, follows all directions, and is dependable.
I was so worried about boarding our dog for the first time. Teresa completely out us at ease during the meet and greet. She was very open to communication the week we were away, and sent pics. Our gentle giant had a great time and was very well taken care of. We will be booking again in the future. You can tell they truly love dogs and care for them. Thank you so much!!
After our meet and greet, we felt very comfortable leaving Charlie with them, even if it was just 1 night. We only met with Teresa but she let us know how things would go. With the heat as high as it was during the day, she said that Charlie would not be left out in the heat. That was good to know since he spends most of his time indoors. Pictures were sent of his time and he looked very happy. When we picked him up we were able to meet Scott who said that he and Charlie had been napping in his recliner. So happy he was treated like one of the family.

Schedule
Our schedule is fully devoted each day to pet care. Our passion is to ensure that all clients are comfortable, happy, and in an environment that is fulfilling and nurturing as we can reasonably create. Boarding and Day Care drop off and pick up times are as follows. If you do not know an exact time then provide an hour window and give a heads up when you are on your way. Some accommodations may be made but must be discussed first. 7:00am-9:00pm

Safety, trust & environment
For your benefit and ours, we require a meet and greet for ALL new clients. We want you to feel comfortable with us caring for your pet as well as making sure your pet will be a good fit for the environment we provide. We care for your pets like they are our own. We have dogs of our own and understand the level of trust it takes to have someone care for them; that is why we do what we do. Their safety is our number one priority. You can trust that your pets will be taken care of just as you take care for them or better. We will enjoy spoiling and loving them every moment we are with them. For our Boarding and Day Care services, all dogs must thrive in a social environment. When the days are nice we spend the majority of the day outside. Our guests are not cooped up in a kennel. When the weather is unfavorable, we have a 40'x20' area to lounge in. If your dog is not good around other dogs, then our drop-in care would be the best service to go with.
Pets
A typical day
We have huge fenced in backyard (a little over an acre) to run and play in. We will bring out doggy pools for hot days and tons of balls, Frisbees, and other toys to play with. As far as walks, we will stick to walks in their familiar neighborhoods for drop-in/house sitting/dog walking care.
