For the first time in my life, I have no pets of my own. So I can devote all my animal time to your babies! I technically work 9-5, but my work is pretty flexible with scheduling so if I need to go in late, leave early, or even take time off for animal care, it's not normally an issue. As long as there is clear communication and enough time given ahead.

The more clear and specific directions you give, the better I can serve your animals. Each pet has unique needs and lifestyle, so please communicate that to me so I can keep your animals happy and healthy. Whether they're a senior who just needs quiet snuggles and to be let out a couple times a day, or an energetic Husky who needs a mile run twice a day, just let me know and I'm happy to oblige. I'm very active and can give your pets whatever they need.

Important things I like to know ahead of time are: Information about medicine. If your pet needs to be injected or given medicine orally (and doesn't just eat it with their food) I really prefer a meet-and-greet so I can see how to properly administer it. If your pet - particularly if it's a dog - is extra high-energy I prefer to meet them ahead of time with you present, but it's definitely not required. If your dog doesn't do well with other dogs (is aggressive) and you have specific techniques about what to do during walks when encountering other dogs, PLEASE let me know! I don't want anyone to be stressed or potentially get hurt during a walk.

I am happy to spend my time with your pets however you'd like me to! I can stay home and snuggle, or drive or walk them to the park or beach to have a good play session. Whether your dog likes a slow walk to the corner, or a mile run, I'm happy to do either. If your cat loves being brushed, or playing with toy mice, just let me know.

I've had pets my entire life: mainly cats, but also fish, hamsters, and birds. Additionally I've dog-sat as a side job since I was in high school. I love to give animals individualized care based on their unique needs, so they can thrive!

Tessa was prompt and took great care of our fur babies. They instantly responded well to her calming nature and enjoyed their walks with her. Tessa took the extra time to ensure Archie got the kind of walks/sniffari’s he needs and it was overall a pleasant experience.

Teresa is so good with my fur babies! Always follows instructions, sends lots of pictures and makes sure my kitties feel loved while I’m away! 10/10 recommend her!!
