Animal loving household
I grew up in a house full of animals — dogs, birds, hamsters, turtles, lizards, snakes, you name it. Caring for pets has been part of my life since childhood, and that love for animals has carried straight into adulthood. Today I live with my husband, our daughter, our 6-year-old dog Max, and our 14-year-old cat Cheeze. We also recently said goodbye to our other cat at 19 years old, who needed twice-daily insulin injections and regular pill administration — so I'm experienced and comfortable with pet medications, including injections, and know how important it is to stick to a routine for pets with special needs.

The best!
Teresa is incredible! She has watched our very energetic labradoodle many times. It’s clear how much she loves animals, she’s so enthusiastic and sends lots of photos of our guy smiling and snuggling and living his best life. She follows our care plan and is a great communicator. Hilo gets VERY excited in the car when he realizes we are on the way to her house. I highly recommend Teresa for your pet sitting needs.
Teresa is the best! She has watched our large breed dog numerous times. Her and her family always treat our dog as a member of their family. We often get cute pictures updating us on how they are doing. She is also a registered nurse and has experience caring for animals with healthcare needs like insulin injections.

Schedule
My priority is to you and your pets. Our resident dog, Max, and I, go on many walks during the day and excursions to dog beaches and parks when we can. My husband also works from home so your pets are never alone.

Safety, trust & environment
If you choose me to care for your pet during the day or overnight, know they will be treated as one of the family. We have a fenced in yard and a playful dog to keep your dog company. Our resident dog has never met a dog he didn't get along with. He really loves to play but if you're dog needs space we can accomodate your pet's needs. We have a crate if you're dog feels more comfortable at night but we allow dogs on all furniture here and in our bed at night. Max, our dog, also has lived with two cats his whole life and does very well with them. We make sure our cat has his own space when he feels like he needs it. Our dog and cat are up to date on their vaccines.
Pets
A typical day
Our resident dog is a hound mix who loves walks to smell all the smells and plenty of activities like fetch and going to dog parks/dog beaches to run. We'd love your dog to join us for these activities and when we are done we really enjoy time to cuddle on the couch. If you're dog prefers to rest and take it easy we are good at accommodating that too with down time on our couch and lots of snuggles if desired.
