*Please note I have moved to Sequim for the fall and winter months! I will be back in Lake Stevens area May 1st or 2nd 2026! I am semi-retired. I am enjoying this wonderful way to work with something I’m passionate about! Animals! I have wanted to spend my retirement time doing something I love, spending time with animals. I love dogs, cats and most small critters! I have plenty of time to fill, and I believe this will be the one job of my life that I will enjoy and never want to stop spending time with animals and their people!!

A typical day
Your pet will get my full attention when he/she is under my care! I will play with your doggies! Play with your kitties, tease and cuddle them! Any other pet, will depend on what they are and what they are used to with their family routines.

*Please note I am back in Lake Stevens, Lake Connor area!! I love dogs! I had both dogs and cats growing up as did my kids with black labs Ace and Annie, to my black lab Mojo, who passed away in my arms. To my 2 current dogs, English Springer Spaniels Clyde (9) and Rosie (3). I will always have a dog in my life! I give them as much love and care as possible! My pups are always with me, keeping my feet warm at night, co-pilots in the car… (Yes they sleep on queen size bed with me!) I love learning what makes them happy, makes them smile! I have been a dog sitter to my son's dog Oakley, dog sat for friends of my son's and some of my close friends! I can bathe them, walk them, feed them and treat them as if they were my own. I have also taken care of my grandson's lizards and my nephew's giant Bearded Dragon guy, Thor!

We were lucky to find a caretaker like Terry for our senior while we were away. She clearly has a love for animals and our cats got along with her. She gave oral med to one of our cats daily. Her daily pictures were great to see as we knew they were being well taken care of. She even offered to help out if we got delayed coming home or if we needed any additional visits which gave us an added peace of mind while we were away. Terry is easy to get along with and is very reliable.
If I could give Terry a "10" I would! She cared for our senior large breed dog for two weeks and was amazing. Our dog is a tripawd, but he still loves to walk every day, and Terry made sure that happened. She completely bonded with him giving him lots of attention and snuggles. He takes three medications and she handled it all perfectly. She sent pictures and video to us every day so we could see how our boy was doing. When I returned home, the house was vacuumed and very clean. We will definitely be using Terry again for future dog sitting. THANKS, TERRY!!!!
