Dogs have always been a huge part of my life! I’ve grown up with all kinds, from big protective German shepherds, Rottweilers, and Boxers to floppy-eared Beagles, and Basset Hounds. I’ve been around all breeds and personalities, and I love getting to know what makes each dog special. I’ve raised three dogs on my own and worked with local trainers from Aloha K9 Training during that time, so I’ve learned a lot about training, structure, and how to build trust with dogs in a positive, fun way. Whether it’s a zoomy-filled puppy or a sweet senior who just wants some company, I’m all about giving each dog the attention, care, and love they deserve. Walks, belly rubs, playtime, or just hanging out, I’ll make sure your pup is happy, safe, and feeling at home, even while you’re away :)

📆Pet care fits perfectly into my day-to-day life! I work from home full-time, so I’m lucky to have a super flexible schedule with plenty of breaks built in. Perfect for walks, potty breaks, and cuddle time. I spend my days alongside my lovable basset hound Dixie, who keeps me company and makes sure I never miss a chance to get outside and stretch my legs. Since I’m home most of the day, I’m able to give pets a lot of attention and adjust my routine to fit their needs. Whether it’s a lunchtime walk, some afternoon playtime, or just having a calm presence around the house, I love being able to incorporate pet care into my daily routine!

💕How I care for pets at my home: Your pet gets treated like family! I live on the first floor in a dog-friendly apartment with plenty of walking paths and grassy areas right outside. This makes potty breaks and strolls super convenient. If the owner is comfortable with it, I also have access to the largest fenced in dog park in Sarasota– it’s right in my complex and is usually empty or just has a couple dogs in it, so it’s a great, safe space to run around and play. 🏡The inside of my home is a small but a calm and cozy space where your dog can relax. My pup Dixie is very easy-going and used to having other dogs around. She no longer needs a crate, but I do have a clean, cushioned crate on hand in case your dog prefers or needs one. I’ve also got a few toys, plenty of treats, and of course lots of LOVE to go around! 🚶🏻♀️If I’m just popping by your place for walks, I make sure to stick to your dogs normal routine – whether that means a quick potty break or a longer sniff-filled stroll. I’m always gentle, patient, and make sure your pup feels safe and happy. I’ll follow any instructions you leave and give updates so you know how the walk went. Whether it’s once in a while or on a regular schedule, I’m happy to be a reliable part of your dog’s day!

A typical day
🌅Every day starts with a potty break and a nice walk around my apartments trails/sidewalks – Perfect for getting out some morning energy. If the weather is nice, and the owners are okay with it, we might head to the large fenced-in dog park right in my complex (it’s usually empty or super quiet), which gives pups a chance to safely run, sniff, and play. 🦴Back inside, we’ll relax in my cozy apartment. Depending on your dog’s vibe, we’ll either have some toy time, or your dog will just lounge around with my dog Dixie while I work from home. I take regular breaks throughout the day, which means more time for quick walks, belly rubs, or just being a calm, reassuring presence. 🌙In the evening, we’ll go on another walk or visit the park again to wind down the day. My dog Dixie loves having a buddy around and is always up for a nap or a little playtime. I make sure every dog feels safe, seen, and loved while they’re here – I’ll always keep you updated with cute photos and messages too!
