I am full time PhD student and teach part time. But I also have time to walk and play with pets. I am available most weekends for overnight pet sitting care. With advanced notice, I can be available for weekday overnight pet sitting care.

The care I provide for my clients' pets follows their specific needs, home environment, and lifestyle. Overnight pet sitting includes managing care of litter boxes (as needed). Although I am not a veterinarian technician, my pharmacy technician background helps me understand the importance of vitamins/medicines that pets may need to take as well. At this time, I do not provide care for dogs in heat.

Please let me know if your dog has special needs (medical, emotional, physical). I can accommodate my care for most special needs. Since, I am familiar being around people with low to no hearing, I can be mindful in my care of pets with low to no hearing and/or vision as well.
A typical day
I enjoy walking and hiking. I take dogs with me on walks. I can also play catch the ball, tug of war with rope toys, and squeak toys for fun.

Pet care experience
I've owned birds and dogs, and cared for my friends' cats, dogs, and an iguana. I am mindful of any physical limitations (arthritis or healing from injury). I interact and talk to pets as if they are my own.

Teresa was fantastic with all the pets. She had great communication throughout her stay to make us feel secure being away for almost a full week. All of the pets were well taken care of and we returned home to neat and tidy home. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for services and I would rebook with her anytime our pets needed someone to watch and take care of them.

It was great to have Teresa stay with our two pups, Zeke & Zoey, during our two-week vacation. They do not do well having to stay outside of the house. Teresa sent many photos and short videos of the pups to keep us in the loop, which was much appreciated. We were so pleased with Teresa, she did such an amazing job with our pet. We felt at ease the moment we met her, and when she arrived before we left on vacation, we had no concerns at all and was free to enjoy our time on vacation without worrying about how well our pet was being taken care of. When we came home, the house was organized, Our pet was happy and we were pleased overall. We would definitely use Teresa again and highly recommend her.
