Hello! I’m Teresa, and I am a huge animal lover. Dogs are my spirit animals and I just love taking care of them, walking them, loving them, and spending time with them. I’ve grown up with dogs around ever since I was little, and think they’re just great, amazing companions. I look forward to talking to you about taking care of your pets! I have a lot of experience with helping dogs and with training dogs, as my family and I have been apart of Canine Companions for Independence for 20+ years. I have house sitting experience prior to this app, I am a very active, athletic person who would love to go on walks/runs with your doggos.

Teresa was so kind and caring of our dog!! She is truly an animal whisperer :) he is usually shy towards people at first, but when he first met her he ran right to her! I’m very impressed with the communication and care to learning Archie’s routines and quirks. I will definitely book again!

Our puppy loved being house-sat by Teresa! She took great care of him and we loved seeing the pictures and videos she sent of them having a fun time. Teresa was also very accommodating and easy to work with. This was our first time using Rover and we couldn’t have been happier with finding Teresa!
Teresa was absolutely fantastic. She met all of my dogs peculiar needs, including giving them medication. She updated me with photos every day on their walks and cuddle sessions. I came home to two very happy Greyhounds! I will absolutely use her again!
I have very difficult senior dogs. One has a terminal illness. Teresa took on the assignment without blinking an eye even with the knowledge my puppy could die in her care. I came home to happy well cared for dogs. She did a great job.

Schedule
I currently work full time, but work in a hybrid environment. This allows me to come and go from the office, giving me the flexibility to provide top notch care for your pet.

In a client's home, I ensure all gates and fences are closed and locked before letting animals off leash in their backyards. Your animal's safety is my first priority!
A typical day
When I dog sit, I usually like to go on a minimum of two walks a day, one in the morning and one in the evening. I try to stay outside as much as I can, so the dogs can get fresh air.
