I volunteer for the local shelter, and I'm passionate about rescue. I have fostered cats and dogs of all ages and sizes, as well as post surgical. Most of the animals in my care have required daily medications, so I am capable of sitting for animals with special needs.

What a nice experience. They were very welcoming to Charlie. They sent me a couple of great pictures during the night of him enjoying himself. I would 100% use them again. What a great experience for Charlie and myself.
Teresa took excellent care of our dog, Simon. She was very responsive to communication from me. She sent photo updates to us during Simon’s stay. Both she and her husband, Chris, were very friendly and Simon had a wonderful time with them. They had a great supply of toys for him and he got a lot of exercise with them. I would definitely send Simon back there if we didn’t live out of state.

Wonderful and personal care for my old girl Ellie! She was happy and following Teresa around when I picked her up.
My dogs got the best treatment-walks and lots of TLC. Made our vacation so relaxing knowing they were in great hands.
Teresa watched our 7momth old pup while we explored the biltmore. Sent plenty of updates, and pup was healthy and happy at pickup! Slept the full 3hr drive to our next stop! 10/10 would recommend.

Schedule
I work from home, so any daycare or boarders will help me with spreadsheets. Work is always better with someone on my lap. Walks are beneficial for everyone!

Safety, trust & environment
I only allow the dogs out on leashed walks, so there's no temptation to escape. I can crate as necessary. Your pet's comfort, as well as mine, is very important, so I make the experience as stress free as possible.
Pets
A typical day
Frequent walks in my neighborhood keep things active. I also like to take my dog friends for walks at a local lake. Watching wildlife from a safe distance is fun and stimulating. Playtime and nap time, and we might learn some new tricks.
