Teresa has been great walking Summer and is very kind to her.

Teresa is great! She was able to accommodate a very short notice to walk our dog for five days while we were out of town. She modified her schedule to meet our needs. Most importantly she was very communicative and responsive! When we had an issue with our security system she called immediately to let us know. Every walk included photos of our dog and every time we texted Teresa she would get back to us almost instantly. I would highly recommend Teresa and I expect to book her services again in the future.

Teresa is a great and reliable walker for my dog Summer. I appreciate that she communicates about timing, questions, etc. She walks Summer almost every week.

Teresa was a wonderful host for our cat, Joey. She was super accommodating when it came to coordinating drop off and pick up. Joey had a lovely stay, and Teresa sent us cute photos of him every day. Joey gives her 4 paws up. Thanks Teresa!

Teresa was kind, but I was unhappy with my overall experience. My dog experiences anxiety at times (which I mentioned) and is calmed when he can be close to someone. He had a rough night and she was upset that he cried and barked and said she was unable to do any of the things that would comfort him. Her apartment manager called to ask if she had a dog. why would you be a dog sitter if you can get in trouble for having a dog? The next day, she transferred my dog to another sitter who was two hours away. She notified me after the transfer. I was not involved in deciding where my dog would stay. I'm not sure if I will use Rover again.
