I’ve cared for animals my whole life. I grew up with cats, and I’m the go to pet sitter among my friends. A few years ago, I helped raise and train a rescued husky with a professional trainer, which gave me a strong foundation in behavioral management and structure. I’ve also formed deep bonds with cats, one of my closest connections was with a cat who truly helped me through a tough time. I believe animals have a way of choosing us when we need them most, and I carry that compassion into every pet I care for. Whether your pet is high energy, shy, or somewhere in between, I’ll meet them with patience, structure, and lots of love. I’m comfortable with a variety of temperaments and routines, and I take pride in creating a safe, calm environment where your pet can thrive while you're away. Can’t wait to meet your furry family!

During drop ins, I make sure your pet gets the care, attention, and affection they’re used to, whether that’s feeding, litter scooping, playtime, or just some companionship while you’re away. I follow your instructions closely and do my best to stick to your pet’s normal routine. For walks, I bring structure and a calm energy while still making it fun. I’m all about safe, engaging walks that give your dog the chance to stretch their legs, sniff around, and enjoy their time. Your pet’s comfort and safety are always my top priorities.

Tena was a great care giver for Stella. She was quick to notice an allergy flare up and took great care of Stella in our absence. She communication is strong and we will certainly use her again.

Spending time with animals is one of the most grounding and joyful parts of my life. I'm starting my own business with a flexible schedule, so I have the time and freedom to provide consistent care, walks, playtime, or just a comforting presence. Whether it’s a quick drop in, a long walk, or anything else you may need, I’m able to work around your pet’s needs and routine. I genuinely enjoy being around animals, so it never feels like a job, it's something I look forward to!

- I always appreciate knowing a pet’s routine and personality, especially any quirks, anxieties, or things that may trigger stress. It’s super helpful to know about leash reactivity, food guarding, sensitivity to certain people or animals, or any behavioral challenges you’ve noticed. If your pet uses a crate, has special feeding routines, or takes medications, just let me know! I want to make sure your pet feels as comfortable and secure as possible, so the more I know upfront, the better I can show up for them in a way that works for everyone.
