I’m currently a student vet nurse at Harper Adams University, from July 2024-October 2025 I will be back in Lincolnshire completing a placement year for my degree where I will be completing my training in a Veterinary Practice nearby my home. Whilst living with my mum and sister there will always be someone to check in on pets throughout the day if needed!

We have a medium sized garden that is fenced off allowing your pets to run around whenever they like too. It is also a quiet household so pets that are anxious or scared can be in a relaxed environment, whereas if a dog is bouncy and playful we will happily keep them running around and entertained for hours.

Information Teigan K. would like to know about your pet
It would be appreciated to be made aware of any special needs the pets may have so we can make sure plans are in place before the pet turning up. Such as how often potty breaks are needed, if the dog struggles to get up stairs, if medications are needed, general patterns and routine, risk of biting, feeding schedule and vet details etc. I would also appreciate knowing whether the pets are up to date on vaccinations and flea and worming treatments.
A typical day
I would be happy to complete activities that will stimulate your dogs by playing games, going on walks and exploring new smells around the town and fields. By living in Sleaford we can go on walks around fields for quieter more scenic routes, or we can go through the town to experience being around other people and be around activities that may be going on in the parks.

Pet care experience
I’m a student veterinary nurse who has been around dogs since a very young age, I’ve lived with dogs from puppies to elderly when they are in palliative care. I have lived with a range of pets including my parents chihuahuas, staffy, cats, guinea pigs, bearded dragon, snake and hamster! By completing experience in different work places I’ve also had experience with dogs and cats with a range of medical conditions and tempers. I am happy to take care of your pets for a day, night, weekend or weeks whilst you go away. I am confident with animals and very trustworthy to leave your lovely pets with! I will keep you updated during there stay and send you photos and videos so you know they are comfortable with us. By having this deep passion for animals I will love any pet that I am looking after like they are my own and try to make strong bonds with them so they are as comfortable as they can be! I allow any rules that are applied with the pets at their home to be copied such as on the furniture and beds. I just ask that food and toys be provided when boarding and no dogs that chew or are not toilet trained.

I can’t recommend Teigan enough to look after your pets. She kept me up to date while we was away for the weekend. I felt my animals were safe in her hands from the first day she met them.
Teigan did a great job of house/dog sitting, the dogs took to her straight away which made me feel she was the right choice to look after them for the 3 nights I went away. On return the dogs were happy relaxed and the house had been left clean and tidy. If you’re planning a trip away and need someone to look after for dogs I would highly recommend Teigan
We had a wonderful experience with Teigan as our Rover pet sitter! Our Frenchie, Marg, spent two nights with her while we were traveling through the area, and we couldn’t have asked for better care. Teigan kept us updated throughout Marg’s stay with messages and photos, which gave us great peace of mind. It was clear that Marg was very well looked after and comfortable the entire time. We would not hesitate to book with Teigan again — highly recommend!
I have a pup with separation and anxiety and epilepsy, so finding someone to leave him with can be challenging! Teigan was great - we had a meet and greet to make sure he was happy there, and then he had an evening with Teigan and was super settled.
