Hi! I’m a devoted and compassionate pet caregiver with years of experience. I love caring for dogs, especially senior dogs. I adopted my own senior pup when she was 7 and cared for her through her final years, which gave me a deep appreciation for the patience, attention, and extra care that older dogs sometimes need. I live in a pet-friendly apartment community with the option to walk your dog in my neighborhood or nearby at Horner or Winnemac parks. Whether your dog is playful, laid-back, or a senior who needs a little extra TLC, I’m committed to making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they’re in my care. Your doggie will be treated like family here! 🐾❤️

Tehlyr was a great fit for our pup! She was open to a meet and greet with him ahead of time to learn about his anxiety and quirks, then communicated well with us as needed. She made sure our dog was as comfortable as possible and that all of his needs were met.
Tehlyr was so warm and energetic she made it easy to feel immediately comfortable leaving my older dog with her! She was very communicative and took amazing care of my dog!
Tehlyr is wonderfully amazing and that is not overstating. My dog is an anxious German Shepherd who is not great with other dogs. Tehlyr made Roxie feel welcomed and loved while in her care. This was the first time that I've picked Roxie up after more than a play date and she wasn't filled with anxiety. Thanks for looking after her so well.

Schedule
Working from home has afforded me the wonderful opportunity to be a dedicated and attentive dog caregiver. On the weekends I run errands and and visit friends sometimes but I am not away for more than four hours at a time and can be home more if your dog requires more frequent potty breaks or outdoor time.

I am very attentive and am able to follow any directions for care for your pet very well. My senior dog had some special needs like needing medication and assistance with stairs so I can easily care for your dog's needs. Dogs in my home are allowed on the couch and can free roam in my apartment when I am home and if they are trained to not chew on non-dog toys, they can remain uncrated when I am away on errands. I usually take them for walks every 4 hours, feed them on a schedule, play with them, and I of course provides cuddles!
A typical day
We will wake up, I’ll feed and walk them based on your instructions, we’ll have play breaks throughout the day so that your pet won’t get bored (I have food puzzles too), and I’ll take them out on walks as needed. They will of course get lots of cuddles too!
