I do have a regular job so this will be my second job. I will always try to work any if your pets needs into my schedule. The care of your babies is the most important so I will always put the animals needs first. I grew up in spokane so I know the area well and don't mind the snow. I have helped run a horse barn so I know how to keep a tight schedule while still making sure animals are taken care of.

A typical day
Playing with your pets is definitely high on the list.As animals need stimulation to help their brain stay active and to sleep better. Usually when I take care of pets especially for house sitting. I will get there and will figure out their dinner or breakfast. Depending on what time they need it. Then have some playtime, and then some rest time, and last if there's any training stuffs that you'd like me to work with them on, we can always do that too.

Pet care experience
I have taken care of any animal you can think of. I worked in veterinary clinics for 15 years. One of the clinics sees all animals including wildlife. I have dealt with a lot of emergencies and understand animal body language well. I have 2 dogs, 3 cats, 1 horse and a rabbit. I really do love animals and love taking care of them. If there are any special needs I can take care of it. I know all techniques for giving medication if necessary.

Tegan provided house sitting for our two large dogs over the Christmas holiday. We unexpectedly had a package delivery, which she brought in for us. She sent photo updates of our cat and dogs, which we appreciated. Thank you for taking care of our babies!
Tegan has watched my 2 cats for their whole lives, every time I leave town. Bert and Ernie are 12 and 10 years old. She always comes on time for every feeding, and keeps me posted on how their doing. She keeps the litter boxes clean and stocked with fresh litter. She has knowledge of giving medicine and knowing when their sick. Tegan cares about their well being and having human interaction with them, she'll stay for awhile and play and cuddle with them. She also keeps me updated on how their doing and send me pictures of them while I'm gone. My cats truly love her and enjoy seeing her every time she watches them.
Tegan is wonderfull with animals she worked in the vet industry for over 10 years, she has worked with many types of animals from birds to bears. She has a great heart for animals, she has adopted many sick dogs and cats, she would always try to find a good home for them and if she couldnt she would bring them home herself, even the ones that didn't have long, she has cared for all her animals, down to grooming, nail clipping, and cleaning and bandaging any wounded ones, the only reason she got out of the vet world was because her heart was too big. Putting animals to sleep and dealing with owners that dont care about there pets and would choose to put them to sleep instead of caring for them took a toll on her. Her boston terrier she rescued from a puppy mill because the owner was going to put her to sleep because she got knocked up by a full size dog and the owner wasnt willing to pay for the delivery, tegan adopted that dog and paid for the surgery and took care of that dog for the remainder of her life and spoiled her. That's the type of heart she has for animals.
