Schedule
I work from home on Mondays and Fridays, and head into the office Tuesday through Thursday. This gives me excellent flexibility for early morning walks before work, evening drop-ins or walks after the office, plus plenty of availability during the day on Mondays/Fridays, weekends, and overnights.
