Just returned off our holiday and definately would use Taylor again . It was the first time leaving my dogs with someone and they are a hyper pair to walk . Taylor made me feel very reassured by sending photos and updates of them . They settled with her straight away

Taylor is polite and friendly. However a lack of communication saw our dog being left alone for stretches of 6-9hours during the day and left alone for 12hours overnight on the final night of a 4 day house/dog sit. Whilst we did not state how many hours or how much time was needed to be spent with max, we believed it was a reasonable expectation to assume she would be there more often than she was or to be advised of extended periods requiring our dog to be left alone. Whilst we understand issues out of her control resulted in her leaving max alone overnight for 12 hours, it is reasonable to have expected a message from her directly, rather than finding out for ourselves (from concerned neighbours hearing our dog crying and howling all evening and very early morning). We would recommend Taylor for pop in visits, feeding a cat or walking dogs who do not require as much companionship.

Taylor was great, our animals really took to her, and she did a really good job watering our plants.

Taylor did a wonderful job. Stayed in the house for 2 weeks, looked after Thomas and he was always so happy! Taylor kept me updated when I was away, photos and kept everything tidy. Taylor walked Thomas as prescribed and always kept everything in check. I will definitely booked Taylor again when I’m away.

At first, the babysitter came across as a very nice person, which she was. However, I was disappointed that Winnie booed all over the kitchen, and she had never done that before and under the kitchen breakfast table. I had to clean and mop the floor after my holiday, although the babysitter did clean some. The only thing that could have happened is that the babysitter did not arrive on time to look after her..

Taylor has been wonderful, so kind and attentive to our cat while we have been away. Taylor was kind enough to send me messages through WhatsApp as well as through the app so I can keep updated, and I couldn't recommend her more.
